Job summary

Laya Healthcare in Little Island, Cork is seeking a Senior Provider Relations Analyst to join the Provider Relations team. This commercially focused, highly analytical role will deliver strategic analysis, forecasting and insight to support provider contract negotiations and cost containment.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, monitor claims trends, and present findings to senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and strong data skills are required; healthcare or insurance experience is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Experience in healthcare claims analysis, provider contracting or healthcare operations advantageous.
Strong data analytics and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

Deliver claims data modelling, reporting and analysis to support the Provider Relations team.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
Monitor and track claims trends, forecasting performance against budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Support contract negotiations through comprehensive analysis of hospital activity, healthcare costs and provider performance.
Produce in-depth analytical reviews and recommendations to inform provider strategy and decision making.
