Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support multi-disciplinary project delivery from site in Ireland. You will drive planning, scheduling and progress reporting, coordinating with the Project Manager, Lead Planner and Commercial Team to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years' experience in planning or project controls.
• Proven ability to develop, coordinate and manage project schedules.
• Strong report writing and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project planning support across multi-discipline projects.
• Develop construction schedules with input from PM and Lead Planner.
• Manage weekly progress tracking and lookahead reporting.
• Coordinate with main contractor and commercial team on schedule alignment.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate risks to senior management.
• Mentor junior planners and support staff on scheduling best practices.
