Job summary

CarTrawler group in Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead, plan and deliver complex technology projects end-to-end across product and engineering teams.

You will own project plans, manage scope, risks and budgets, communicate milestones clearly, mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement in our ways of working.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience in tech, strong stakeholder influence, and professional PM qualifications (PMP/PRINCE2).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within a technology/software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Formal PM qualification is preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead, plan and manage complex projects from ideation through to delivery.
• Develop and own project plans with milestones and deliverables, ensuring resource availability.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.
• Communicate project status and milestones clearly to stakeholders.
• Influence project strategies and manage scope, costs and risks.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement in processes.
