Senior Project Manager (Construction / Retail Fit-Out)

This is a construction / retail fit-out project management role. It is not suitable for IT or technical project managers.

Location and Reporting

Based at the head office in Swords, Co. Dublin, and reporting to the Head of Property, the Senior Project Manager will bring extensive project management and building regulations experience to a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, passionate, and innovative department contributing to the company’s and growth in Ireland and beyond.

Role Overview

The role is multi-faceted and includes responsibility for:

  • Full lifecycle Project Management
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations for commercial building fit-out projects
  • Surveying and report writing experience (desirable but not essential)
  • End-to-end project support from feasibility, planning, and execution through to delivery, within scope, budget, and schedule
  • Managing a mix of business improvements, compliance initiatives, and new site fit-outs
  • Coordinating the flow of project information across teams and departments through meetings and written communication
  • Liaising with brands and contractors to deliver bespoke projects within retail stores
  • Monitoring and controlling projects, including progress tracking, reporting, and identifying risks and opportunities

Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years’ Project Management experience with a construction contractor or local consultancy
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership capabilities

  • Motivated, diligent team player with a strong work ethic
