The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the development of innovative orthopedic products from concept through market launch within a regulated medical device environment. The role focuses on technical execution, product development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer, clinical, quality, and regulatory requirements. The position also provides guidance and technical support to engineering colleagues while contributing expertise to project activities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clinical advisors to gather input for the design and evaluation of new Trauma and Extremities products, organizing cadaver labs and consultant meetings, and developing implant and instruments.
