Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead medium and large-scale residential and commercial developments. The role offers a path to take projects from concept to site and requires a strong track record delivering complex schemes.

You must be an RIAI or RIBA registered architect with at least 10 years' experience, proficient in Revit, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup with a competitive salary and benefits package in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Registered architect with RIAI or RIBA registration.
• Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience delivering medium to large-scale developments.
• Proven track record on residential and commercial projects in Ireland.
• Understanding of building and planning legislation.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on projects from design through construction and site liaison.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure on-time delivery.
