Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior product/strategy professional to lead regional initiatives, shape go-to-market plans, and guide cross-functional teams across marketing, development, and regulatory affairs. You will translate market insights into actionable roadmaps and growth initiatives that align with our global platform.

The role requires deep crypto/Web3 experience, strong analytics, and a proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product, operations or strategy.
• Crypto/Web3 industry experience required.
• Strong analytics with SQL is a plus.
• Fluent English communications.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand the market landscape and user needs, and translate insights into clear inputs for internal product and technical teams to support end-to-end product delivery.
• Lead business requirements definition and support the delivery of key strategic projects for the region.
• Identify product and user experience optimization opportunities, and define product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business growth objectives.
• Support market expansion initiatives and the launch of new services by coordinating with marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and user needs to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
• Act as the eyes and ears of the company in the market, feeding local insights back into the regional and global product roadmap.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive improvements in core business metrics.
• Track and assess competitive positioning and product performance across the region.
• Define product propositions and support go-to-market strategy development.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities, including content governance, user experience monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
• Track performance metrics and user feedback post-launch, and use insights to inform future product iterations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, operations, strategy, or a related function; crypto/Web3 industry experience is required, and trading product experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using analytics tools; SQL is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English as a working language.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams and regulators.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute growth initiatives.
• Proven success working in a matrix organization
