Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for OpenBuildings. You will partner with the Director of Product Management to define strategy, roadmap, and market direction for building design solutions.

You will connect customers, engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams to ensure investments meet customer needs and business goals. You will lead initiatives around AI-assisted workflows, digital twins, and data-centric engineering, shaping product discovery and release planning in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management within AEC, BIM, engineering software, or related technology markets.
• Ability to influence product strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of building design, digital delivery, collaboration, and information management workflows.
• Experience working with agile software development teams.

Senior Product Manager – OpenBuildings

The Senior Product Manager for OpenBuildings will partner closely with the Director of Product Management to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and market direction for Bentley's building design solutions. This role serves as a key link between customers, engineering, UX, business stakeholders, and go-to-market teams, ensuring investments align with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product management team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Shape and drive product initiatives supporting AI-assisted workflows, connected project delivery, digital twins, and data-centric engineering.
• Drive product discovery through customer engagement, market analysis, competitive research, and industry trends.

Qualifications
