Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design for Crypto Solutions. You will design intuitive, customer-focused experiences that simplify risk, compliance and security signals into actionable insights, working with Product, PMTs and Engineers to transform strategy into deliverables.

You will develop end-to-end journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, validating them through user research and usability testing, while advocating for customer needs across

Qualifications

• Hands-on UX experience in an enterprise context.
• Experience in fintech, payments, compliance, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Crypto Solutions products.
• Apply UX methods to identify and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, PMTs and Engineers to implement designs.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Create decks and communications to pitch product ideas to stakeholders.
• Contribute to timely, quality deliverables aligned with goals.
• Grow design skills through collaboration with senior peers.
