Brightflag is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own a key product pillar end-to-end, shaping not just visuals but the what and why. The role is fully remote across Ireland with monthly travel to Dublin for team touchpoints and quarterly meetups.

You will influence long-term direction within a small, high-calibre design team, contributing to the Brightflag Design System. You will work with a product trio, apply AI tooling ethically, and drive human-centred discovery to deliver impact for legal

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design within a product-led SaaS environment.
• Own meaningful product areas end-to-end, not just delivering screens.
• Strong in human-centered design and discovery.
• Worked closely with Product Management and Engineering as part of a product trio.
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy B2B products with multi-sided platforms.
• Clear communicator who can explain thinking and influence decisions.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design and research workflows.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making principled trade-offs.
• Experienced in iterative, Agile product environments.
• Able to use qualitative and quantitative data to shape decisions.
• Comfortable designing accessible, WCAG 2.1 AA experiences.
• Familiar with product analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate design vision and decisions to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Untangle ambiguous problem spaces into clear direction with explicit hypotheses.
• Plan multi-quarter design work, tackling riskiest assumptions first.
• Lead and contribute to human-centered discovery and research.
• Use product analytics data alongside customer insight to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Management & Engineering in a product trio.
• Balance long-term UX with short-term shipping goals.
• Stay close to customer workflows with feedback from Customer Success.
• Raise the bar for design critique, craft, and systems.
• Produce reusable patterns for Brightflag Design System.
• Contribute components to the design system for cross-pillar reuse.
