Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Senior Associate to provide Process Development support for formulation processes at Amgen Dun Laoghaire. You will contribute to formulation characterization, tech qualification, and single-use technology implementation for new formulation rooms.

The role covers support for large and small molecule drug product manufacturing within the global Process Development organization, including site expansion programs, process validation activities, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Science/Engineering or related quality discipline.
• 2–3 years in a similar role with cGMP knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and characterize drug product processes and support tech transfer to commercial sites.
• Contribute to product quality assessments, process control strategies and tech transfer.
• Support formulation process characterization, qualification of formulation technologies and single-use systems.
• Provide commissioning, qualification, validation and start-up support with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing operations and support CAPA and non-conformances.
