Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Ireland seeks a Senior Principal Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – a hybrid software engineer and technical consultant who embeds within strategic customers to implement, customize, and scale ADI's AI and edge technology into real-world infrastructures.

You will write production-grade code for data pipelines and APIs, deploy on-site with clients, frame problems, own architectures, and deliver measurable outcomes while traveling to customer sites.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS, EE, or related field with 13+ years building production software.
• Strong Python plus experience with data pipelines, APIs, and MLOps/AI workflows.
• Comfort deploying and debugging on-site in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication; able to translate customer needs into architecture.
• Willingness to travel and embed with strategic clients.

Role overview
