Gaia Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established environmental consultancy expanding its multidisciplinary environmental team in Dublin. The role targets Senior and Principal Environmental Consultants with expertise in EIA/EIAR and/or EPA IE Licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant environmental experience.
• Consultancy expertise in EIA/EIAR prep and/or EPA IE Licensing.
• Degree in Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Strong technical report writing and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Irish environmental legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EIARs and/or EPA Industrial Emissions Licence applications.
• Prepare technical reports, including EIA screening and scoping assessments, operational reports and environmental assessments.
• Manage multidisciplinary projects from initial assessment through planning, licensing and regulatory approvals.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities and technical specialists.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Contribute to project proposals, client relationships and business development.

We are seeking experienced Senior and Principal Environmental Consultants with expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/EIAR) and/or EPA Industrial Emissions (IE) Licensing. The successful candidate will work on complex projects across pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, data centre and residential developments.

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs) and/or EPA Industrial Emissions Licence applications.
• Prepare technical reports, including EIA screening and scoping assessments, operational reports and environmental assessments.
• Manage multidisciplinary projects from initial assessment through planning, licensing and regulatory approvals.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities and technical specialists.

What We're Looking For:

Desirable Experience:

• Environmental compliance, monitoring and auditing.
