Job summary

Analog Devices, a global leader in semiconductors, is seeking a Senior Principal Analog / Mixed-Signal Design Engineer, P6, to drive advanced design across analog and digital domains. You will guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams on major initiatives and new IP development.

You will lead complex mixed-signal projects, shape technology direction, and contribute to external publications and patentable solutions while partnering with business leaders

Qualifications

• Advanced analog circuit design expertise with amplifiers, filters, data converters.
• Proficient in mixed-signal IC design and system integration.
• Strong simulation and modeling skills with SPICE, Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre.
• Layout experience and guiding layout engineers.
• Excellent communication and leadership in technical initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced block and transistor-level design and verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specs.
• Drive architecture development and IP/patent activity.
• Lead complex projects with engineers without formal management.
• Mentor junior design engineers and promote robust design practices.
• Engage with universities and external technical leadership.
• Influence product roadmaps and technology direction.
