Maynooth University’s Family Genomics Research Group, Department of Biology, invites applications for a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher to lead analytical work on the FamilyNeuro project. The position offers a salary scale for 2026: €47,273–€53,925 p.a. pro rata for Post Doctoral, and €55,399 p.a.

Qualifications

• Strong background in statistical genetics, genetic epidemiology or genomic data science.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical work for the FamilyNeuro project.
• Perform polygenic score analyses, Mendelian randomisation and family-based genomic analyses.
• Investigate relationships between genetic liability, sleep/circadian phenotypes, and neurodevelopmental/neuropsychiatric conditions.
