• Lead the People Operations teams in Ireland and the UK.
• Oversee operational delivery ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Partner with Payroll to maintain accurate data flows.
• Drive process simplification and standardisation.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems.
• Deliver accurate workforce data and reporting.
• Oversee all employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with Reward for pay reviews and benefits programmes.
• Provide accessible HR support across geographies.
