Job summary

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with the HSE, is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist or Senior Speech and Language Therapist for Shankill Primary Care Centre. The role involves high-quality assessments, evidence-based interventions and a patient-centred approach within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will hold CORU registration, have permission to work in Ireland, and demonstrate flexibility and a professional approach in line with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• CORU registration is required to practice as OT or SLT.
• Permission to work in Ireland is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention services.
• Manage a diverse caseload and deliver client-centred care.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to service planning, development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and reports.
• Supervise and support junior staff and students, where appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with HSE policies, procedures, and professional standards.
