Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist for the Homeless Services in the Northwest Region (Sligo, Donegal & Leitrim). The post focuses on home and community-based support, enabling service users to achieve greater independence and sustainable recovery through tailored assessments and interventions.

You will work within a Housing First model, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, advocating for service users, and contributing to trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
• CORU registration
• 3+ years post-qualification clinical experience in mental health or related settings
• Experience with marginalised or socially excluded groups is beneficial
• Recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approaches are desired
• Strong communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Full clean driver's licence and access to a vehicle

TTM Healthcare working with a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced long-term homelessness, chronic trauma, mental health difficulties and addiction.

About the Role

As a Senior OT, you will play a pivotal role in supporting service users to achieve greater independence, stability and quality of life. Working directly with individuals in their own homes and communities, you will assess needs, develop tailored interventions and empower service users to build the practical skills required for sustainable recovery.

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with CORU.
• A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification clinical experience.
• Experience in mental health services and/or working with individuals from marginalised or socially excluded backgrounds.
• A strong understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approaches.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• A full clean driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
