Job summary

2K is seeking an exceptional software engineer with a strong track record deploying and operating ML models in production, delivering low-latency prediction services. You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle, including real-time inference, monitoring, and scalable architectures within a gaming industry context.

You will collaborate with ML scientists, data engineers, central tech, and game studios to ship production-grade ML features on launch timelines, and mentor peers to raise engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 4+ years in software development/engineering deploying ML in production, or Master's with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ML scientists and data engineers to deploy ML models as production-grade decision services.
• Own and mature MLOps: CI/CD for models, model registry, feature stores, real-time inference, monitoring, drift detection.
• Design and prototype ML-powered products for recommender, matchmaking, toxicity intervention, and economy balancing.
• Collaborate with studios to plan ML integration into games on launch timelines.
• Identify and pilot GenAI/LLM opportunities and translate concepts into secure scalable solutions.
