Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent).
• Lean, Six Sigma or Project Management certification desirable.
• Strong SAP experience is essential.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain planning or purchasing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage MRP in SAP to ensure raw material availability.
• Maintain accuracy of material master data in SAP.
• Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders and manage invoicing.
• Monitor release status and align with production schedules.
• Oversee inventory planning: pricing, expiry, safety stock, lead times.
• Provide KPIs and heatmaps for site stakeholders.
• Support supplier management, including forecasting and OTIF.
• Identify and resolve material supply issues and ageing receipts.
• Support STEM and schedule conflicts with stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align ATS/ATP.
