Abbott Ireland Vascular Division in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, is seeking an experienced engineer to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on improving processes, monitoring equipment, and ensuring production goals are met within a quality system environment.
The successful candidate will collaborate with quality and R&D teams, participate in validation activities, and may lead project teams while mentoring junior staff. A NFQ Level 7 qualification or higher is expected.

Purpose Statement Provides support to the manufacturing organisation to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, optimises existing processes, and ensures that production goals are met. Monitors equipment, machines and tools, addressing issues causing non‑conforming products, low yields, or product quality problems. Interfaces with quality and R&D teams to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area.
