Job summary

Workday is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the Deployment Adoption Platform team in Ireland. You will build and mentor a high-performing group of deployment engineers, drive delivery excellence, and ensure successful configuration, implementation, and go-live of Workday solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

• Proven experience leading and scaling technical teams in enterprise deployments.
• Strong track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and to a high standard.
• Deep understanding of deployment lifecycle and configuration best practices.
