Job summary

Apollo Solutions in Dublin is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead risk, governance and strategic decision-making for a global consumer goods business. You will influence the internal audit function and work closely with senior executives to shape the function's future direction.

Based in Dublin with hybrid working, you will oversee a broad portfolio of audits, coach a skilled team and report to the Audit Committee. Strong leadership and ACA/ACCA credentials are essential.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives.

We're recruiting a Senior Internal Audit Manager for a high-profile leadership role with a global company operating across multiple international markets. Based in Dublin, you'll work closely with executives, lead a talented audit team and help shape the future direction of the internal audit function.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the development of a risk-based internal audit plan aligned to business strategy
• Oversee a broad portfolio of audit activity across the organisation
• Lead complex, high-risk and cross-functional audit assignments
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to Audit Committee reporting

What we're looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• 7 to 10+ years' experience in internal audit, assurance or risk management
• Strong leadership, people management and project management experience
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
