Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in protein/API packaging manufacturing, strong GMP knowledge, and 3+ years in multi-location leadership, with up to 20% travel. This role offers hybrid flexibility in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in protein, API, DS, DP, or packaging manufacturing environments.
• 8+ years in roles requiring knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and regulatory guidelines.
• 5+ years working with external parties and leading cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years project management leading multi-functional and multi-location teams.
• 3+ years across ACM or CMQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead robust manufacturing processes at contract sites.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and forecasts; improve site financials.
• Lead technology transfer and product transfer activities to contract sites.
• Provide project oversight from conception to implementation; ensure timely delivery.
