Job summary

Réalta Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of PM experience, ideally within the Life Sciences industry, to lead the delivery of multiple Building Management System (BMS) projects across existing operational facilities and greenfield developments.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with proven experience overseeing complex engineering projects from initiation through to completion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering or life sciences environments.
• Experience delivering automation or BMS projects in regulated facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field; PM qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple BMS projects across existing and greenfield facilities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage risks, dependencies and changes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure GMP, validation and qualification requirements where applicable.
• Oversee installation, commissioning and handover to operations.
• Monitor costs, cash flow and subcontractor performance.
• Drive health, safety and quality across project delivery.
