Job summary
Sisk is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead on-site engineering, QA, and temporary works coordination across the project. You will set strategy with the line manager, ensure compliance with Sisk quality procedures, and act as the primary reference for surveying, documentation and risk control.
You will review method statements, manage non-conformances, review permits to break ground, and support design management across piling, geotechnical and substructure trades, while mentoring site engineers
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Competent in the use of digital information systems (e.g. A‑Site, Viewpoint for Projects).
- Broad technical exposure across piling, geotechnical, substructures, waterproofing.
- Experience in design management processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering strategy for on-site control and QA.
- Coordinate with the line manager and manage Temporary Works coordination.
- Review NCRs and close out defects.
- Review method statements and risk assessments.
- Oversee survey equipment management and as-built surveys.
