Job summary

Information Security Program Manager role based in South Dublin with hybrid working (4 days onsite). You will lead a major cyber security transformation, shaping the information security roadmap, governance and resilience across a large-scale programme.

This senior, hands-on position requires strategic leadership plus deep technical expertise in security engineering, ISO 27001, and Microsoft security tools; immediate interviews and start date are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise information security programmes.
• Proven track record delivering ISO 27001 implementations.
• Strong Microsoft security ecosystem expertise.
• Hands-on experience across security engineering, automation and incident response.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful security improvements.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, SC-100, SC-200 or other recognised security qualifications would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading information security strategy and programme delivery.
• Driving ISO 27001 implementation and certification readiness.
• Enhancing security architecture, governance and risk management.
• Overseeing incident response and security operations.
• Managing Microsoft security technologies, including Entra ID, Defender and Purview.
• Delivering security automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Sentinel and Python.
• Supporting the secure adoption of AI technologies.
• Managing third-party security and stakeholder engagement.
