Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and projects including AHUs, filters, chilled water, LPHW, coils, fans, controls, dampers, actuators, extract systems, VAV, VRV, split systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality maintenance standards for HVAC, cooling towers and mechanical systems on site.
• Perform test balancing and instrumentation & controls for AHU and ventilation plant.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and site cooling towers.
• Lead or participate in HVAC installation refurbishments and maintenance projects on air handling/conditioning systems.
