Overview

One Identity is hiring for the role of Human Resources (HR) Services Senior Analyst who will be responsible for providing HR services and employee support for Hungary and India and as a back‑up where required within the EMEA&India region.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily operational support with record keeping, both online and onsite, new hire onboarding, employee offboarding, internal transfer, employment contract preparation and management, allowance changes, leave of absence, and absence tool management
• Providing first‑touch contact for employees on HR related questions
• Support HR Business Partner on employee relations matters
• Manages benefits administration, vendor contacts
• Provides a responsive onboarding service and training to newcomers
• Update internal HR systems and handle employee tickets/requests
• Collaborates across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items and end‑to‑end process compliance and improvement
• Ensures HR practices and procedures comply with internal and external statutory and audit requirements
• Streamlines and simplifies end‑to‑end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate on local onsite projects and cross‑functional HR operations‑related initiatives
• Manages the end‑to‑end acquisition and operational tasks of Hungarian trainees
• Supports Employer Branding activity on job fairs, students' days, conferences
• Actively participates in global, regional, and local HR initiatives and projects

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Human Resources or Economics or any other relevant field
• 2-3 years relevant HR experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience on HR fields
• Fluency in the English language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
• Focus on customer service, high level of data accuracy, and attention to detail
