ADVANZ PHARMA is recruiting a Senior Global Healthcare Compliance Manager / Senior Global Healthcare Compliance Specialist to lead healthcare compliance for our international business. This hybrid, Dublin-based role reports to the Director, Global Healthcare Compliance and collaborates with teams across the UK, Europe, US and Nordics to drive risk-based compliance, training and monitoring initiatives.

About the Role

As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we are seeking a Senior Global Healthcare Compliance Manager / Senior Global Healthcare Compliance Specialist to join our Global Healthcare Compliance function, focused on ensuring compliant healthcare stakeholder interactions and supporting healthcare compliance activities across our international business.

This is a globally focused role reporting to the Director, Global Healthcare Compliance. As a key member of a lean and highly visible team, you will support the oversight and management of external healthcare stakeholder-related compliance across ADVANZ PHARMA's international operations.

The role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a relatively less complex environment, where employees are empowered to contribute ideas, influence processes, and help shape how healthcare compliance is delivered across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues across countries like the United Kingdom, Western Europe, Australia, the United States, and the Nordics, you will play a critical role in supporting compliance monitoring, healthcare engagement oversight, training, audits, transparency requirements, and risk management activities.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Oversee, manage and enhance healthcare compliance processes across the organisation.
Manage the implementation of global healthcare compliance initiatives and strategies.
Act as an advisor on Global Healthcare compliance topics to stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographies.
Review healthcare engagements and identify potential compliance risks.
Co-lead healthcare compliance audits and affiliate monitoring activities.
Conduct ongoing compliance risk assessments and monitoring reviews.
Assist with the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs).
Support transparency and disclosure reporting requirements across multiple territories.
Maintain key healthcare compliance systems, tools and databases.
Develop and deliver healthcare compliance training and awareness initiatives.
Prepare compliance reports, metrics and dashboards to monitor effectiveness and identify trends.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a pragmatic, resilient and risk-aware healthcare compliance professional who can apply sound judgement, provide clear guidance, and support ethical healthcare stakeholder engagement across a complex international business. The successful candidate will be expected to provide practical, risk-based compliance advice while maintaining appropriate independence and challenge. They will be comfortable reviewing healthcare stakeholder interactions, identifying emerging risks, supporting investigations and CAPAs, and escalating matters where required.

For this role, you will also have the following:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Science, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate training in Compliance is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Significant pharmaceutical compliance experience gained within pharma rather than medical devices.
Strong understanding of healthcare engagement policies and procedures.
Knowledge of relevant industry codes and regulations, including ABPI, EFPIA, IFPMA and other applicable healthcare compliance frameworks.
Experience supporting healthcare compliance monitoring, auditing, and risk assessment activities.
Experience with transparency and disclosure reporting requirements.
Ability to develop and deliver compliance training and presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders globally.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience operating within a matrix organisation and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
