WSP is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to work from our Dublin or Naas offices, with the role available on a full-time or part-time basis. The position offers hybrid working options and opportunities to lead technical delivery across diverse sectors.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality geotechnical reports, developing proposals, and mentoring staff while maintaining strong client relationships and project profitability.

Formación

• Technical expertise in geotechnical engineering.
• Consultancy experience with strong client relationships.
• Ability to lead delivery teams and manage projects.
• Chartered professional qualification and post-qualification experience.
• Experience delivering geotechnical and ground engineering projects with high-level reports.

Responsabilidades

• Develop professional, technically competent reports and liaise with clients and specialists.
• Produce compelling proposals to secure new business and project opportunities.
• Manage and deliver project work with robust financial management.
• Assist in managing team resources and allocating project resources.
• Mentor and develop professional staff and support project delivery.
