Job summary

HedgeServ seeks an Internal Audit & Financial Reporting Manager to prepare financial statements for hedge funds across US GAAP, IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP under supervision. You will liaise with Investment Managers and Auditors, ensuring timely delivery and robust reporting across global offices.

Applicants should be qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2+ years post-qualification in hedge funds or fund administration.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree – min 2.2.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or review financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS/LuxGAAP.
• Coordinate and chair weekly calls with Auditors, Investment Manager and HedgeServ.
• Develop knowledge of GAAP/regulations (AIFMD, UCITS, CFTC) and provide technical input.
