Job summary

Principle in West Dublin is seeking a Senior Brand & Packaging Designer for a €150 million food manufacturing and distribution business serving retail and foodservice customers.

You will develop concepts and deliver design across multiple brands, working with marketing, commercial teams and external production partners to create campaigns and ensure print-ready artwork. This is a senior, hands-on role with hybrid work in West Dublin.

Qualifications

• Substantial design experience within food manufacturing, food distribution or food FMCG.
• Portfolio showing packaged products created for grocery or convenience retail.
• Confident taking ownership of a brief, presenting your creative thinking and delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Food packaging concepts and finished pack designs.
• Retail point of sale, promotions and product launches.
• Exhibition stands, trade show materials and sales presentations.
• Brand guidelines and assets across print, digital, web and social channels.
• Production-ready artwork in collaboration with printers and suppliers.
