Job summary

Search Talent is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our growing Financial Planning & Wealth Management Team in Limerick. You will lead a team of advisors and provide clients with protection, savings, investments, pensions and retirement planning advice.

The role includes sourcing new business, maintaining relationships, ensuring compliance, and hitting targets. A QFA is required; CFP is desirable. A team-wide commission bonus of 120-200k is on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Financial Advisor with strong knowledge of Life, Pensions and Investments.
• Experience leading a team and meeting targets in financial services.
• Cashflow modelling experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients across protection, savings and investments.
• Lead and manage a team of financial advisors toward targets and growth.
• Grow client base through leads, referrals and new business development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
