Job summary

NTS in Monaghan, Ireland, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, planning and analysis across multiple divisions. You will provide governance, business partnering and strategic support to leadership to drive performance.

You will manage month-end processes, board pack preparation, budgeting, forecasting and statutory compliance, while driving process improvements and ERP optimisation. Experience in construction/property finance and BI tools is desirable.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA membership.
Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience managing a finance function.
Proficient with accounting software and ERP systems.
Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Finance team with direct line management and sign-off on monthly outputs.
Own month-end tasks including board pack delivery and balance sheet reconciliations.
Collaborate with departments and group companies to drive financial performance.
Provide actionable financial insights to the Financial Controller.
Own budgeting and forecasting processes and build robust financial models.
Oversee Year End Audit and Corporate Tax processes with external auditors.
Maintain internal controls and drive cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
Identify process inefficiencies and drive ERP and reporting improvements.
