Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing solutions using Python.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting cloud-based applications using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing technical support or related experience.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or mission-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL and REST APIs; Git for source control.
• Familiarity with incident, change and problem management processes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the highest technical escalation point for complex customer issues involving enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents across application functionality, integrations, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Investigate defects, configuration issues and performance bottlenecks in multi-micro-service environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with engineering for long-term fixes.
• Monitor health, performance and availability to proactively identify risks.
• Lead technical escalations and coordinate cross-functional incident response.
