Job summary

Disseqt AI in Dublin, Ireland is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to drive the technical deployment of our enterprise AI platform with top financial services clients. You will bridge between engineering and customers, leading production-ready deployments, MLOps practices, and secure, scalable system integration.

Responsibilities include end-to-end deployment, on-site collaboration with client teams, and hands-on development in Golang and Python.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with Golang and Python.
Strong customer-facing communication across diverse stakeholders.
Experience with containerization, orchestration and on-prem deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales and post-sales technical deployment embedded in customer teams onsite for 3–12 months.
Manage end-to-end deployment of the AI platform across cloud and on-prem environments.
Enable customers with testing, security reviews, and vulnerability assessment workflows.
Design and implement Git-based CI/CD pipelines and automated tests for the platform.
Develop high-performance core services and orchestration logic in Golang; work on Python AI service layer.
Serve as primary technical contact, troubleshoot production issues, and provide feedback to R&D.
Implement model versioning, tracking, and governance using MLflow/ClearML.
