Qualifications
- 5+ years of site or senior engineer experience on construction projects.
- Degree: Level 8 Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering activities, ensuring health, safety and quality standards.
- Review drawings, RFIs and resolve design issues on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and service providers.
- Monitor programmes and address potential delays with solutions.
- Manage QA/QC procedures, submittals, inspections and benchmarking.
- Ensure BCAR compliance and alignment with project specs.
- Oversee site docs, drawings and digital quality systems.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and site personnel.
- Chair site coordination meetings and manage stakeholder communications.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to improve efficiency.
