Job summary

Stryker Ireland is seeking a Senior Engineer, Advanced Operations to drive NPI programs for joint replacement using additive manufacturing. You will lead tech integration, improve time to market, and develop cost-efficient manufacturing processes in a hybrid Cork setting.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background with 2+ years' experience and a collaborative approach across multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Experience with manufacturing/design problem solving.
• Knowledge of DFM, statistics, validation/verification.
• FDA-regulated industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Innovative Technology Integration: support additive manufacturing for joint replacement products.
• Mentorship and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Quality assurance and product optimization to meet specifications.
• Coordinate with design transfer, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP.
• Analyze equipment data and conduct tests; lead process reviews.
