Global Professional Consultants in Cork is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 6–8 years' experience to join a well-established multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy. You will lead electrical building services design across sectors, delivering drawings, load calculations and tender packages while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Level 8 or Level 9 degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 6–8 years’ post-graduate experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy environment.
• Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards chartership highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Building Services Design Software such as Amtech, Dialux, Relux or Lighting Reality.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects from concept through to construction and handover.
• Design and specify electrical services systems including power distribution, lighting, life safety systems, ICT/ELV and energy efficient technologies.
• Carry out electrical load calculations, system modelling and equipment selection.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications and tender packages.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer with 6–8 years’ experience required to join a well-established multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy based in Cork, with offices across Ireland and the UK. Role:
