Job summary

IQVIA Ireland seeks a Senior Director of Composite Measures Science & Integration to lead design, validation, and implementation of composite and companion measures, integrating lab, genomic, and patient-reported data. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including scientific method development, clinical laboratory or drug-development solutions, and people leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scientific principles, measurement theory, method development, drug development, and relevant instrumentation and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries, lead multiple workstreams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with clients and senior leaders.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and client-management capabilities, with the ability to translate scientific insight into practical, scalable and commercially relevant solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure that they are performed in a quality manner.
• Strong knowledge of the BioPharma drug development industry.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to influence at various levels of the business, including senior leadership.
• Skill in extracting relevant data to measure performance indicators and proactively plan for growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end development, validation, integration, and delivery of composite measures combining laboratory, genomic, and other data with patient- and clinician-reported outcomes.
• Ensure COA data collection, digital-measure data, laboratory operations, and deliverables meet scientific, quality, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Lead research design and execution, including validation protocols, analytical methods, reports, troubleshooting, and project goals.
• Oversee evaluation and validation of laboratory instruments and methods with IQVIA Labs and partners.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of clinical research and health care solutions with excellent client service.
• Use performance indicators and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and readiness for growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with therapeutic-area experts, regulators, clients, and other stakeholders.
