Job summary

Corlann is seeking a Senior Day Supports Facilitator to join our team in Ireland. This permanent full-time role offers 78 hours fortnightly and involves supporting individuals with intellectual disability with dignity, respect and a person-centred approach.

You will work closely with the Corlann Clare service users, ensuring their wellbeing, rights, and inclusive participation in daily activities, with full training and clear career progression paths provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 7 degree in Social Care, Nursing (RNID), Education, Youth and Community Studies, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Ability to engage and support people with intellectual disabilities with dignity and respect.
• Confidence to advocate for persons supported and contribute to a positive service culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred day supports and ensure the wellbeing of individuals.
• Demonstrate commitment toCorlann Clare and the interests of those supported.
