Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a data engineering professional to develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines, leveraging Python, Snowflake, and Airflow within the IT Finance & Employee Success team. You will connect Salesforce with enterprise systems, ensure data quality, and support release processes.

The role emphasizes incident management, RCA, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data services and optimized reporting for business units.

Qualifications

Experience with ETL/ELT solutions and data integrations.
Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
Hands-on Python experience and Snowflake expertise.
Experience with Apache Airflow scheduling and monitoring.
Experience supporting MuleSoft APIs and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support data ingestion and ETL/ELT solutions.
Design, maintain, and monitor Airflow DAGs for scheduling and orchestration.
Develop and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations with Salesforce and other systems.
Provide production and agentic support using AI-assisted monitoring and knowledge retrieval.
Monitor jobs, APIs, data quality, and SLAs; triage incidents and track TTR.
