Job summary

Expleo is seeking Senior Data Engineers to drive a large-scale data transformation programme. You will build, optimise and maintain data pipelines within a modern Databricks environment, delivering secure ETL pipelines and data products for analytics and AI use cases.

Ideal candidates will have strong Databricks experience, Python, SQL and cloud data platform skills, with a track record of delivering scalable data solutions in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building ETL pipelines and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience delivering data solutions in Databricks.
• Experience with AI-assisted development in Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, orchestrate, and maintain ETL pipelines in Databricks using medallion architecture.
• Create high‑quality Data Products for analytics and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with data analysts, architects, product owners and stakeholders in an Agile manner.
• Act as escalation point for data integration and transformation activities.
• Drive improvements in data quality, performance and reliability.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Support adoption of AI-assisted development approaches where appropriate.
• Participate in design and architecture reviews for production‑grade data solutions.
