THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Quality Engineer to ensure product quality and reliability for advanced electronic components (FPGA, x86, Custom ASICs) by driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the main technical contact for customer quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Analyse customer returns and field failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and reliability teams to address quality concerns and improve product robustness.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Support customer audits and compliance activities related to quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance customer experience and product performance.
  • Ensure smooth internal factory hand‑offs with internal technical teams for customer issues & product returns.
  • Provide technical application assistance in failure analysis.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry in either quality, product engineering, process engineering, yield control, or support role.
  • Experience with application hardware design, semiconductor packaging, CPU/GPU/FPGA technology, and/or markets such as datacenter, automotive, and aerospace is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in an organized and understandable fashion.
  • Customer‑oriented approach with a demonstrated concern and desire to work with and assist customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (e.g., 8D) with pronounced attention to detail.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
