Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland’s LPTS Senior Consultant – Strategy, Finance & Sustainability is based in Dublin with hybrid work. The role focuses on advisory projects for charities and not-for-profit organisations, delivering financial analyses, governance reviews and strategic planning while enhancing internal tools and processes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modelling, data analytics and project management skills, with experience in Power BI, Python or R, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Relevant third‑level qualifications in business, finance, economics, data analytics or related disciplines.
• Ideally 4–7 years’ experience in consultancy, advisory, finance, data analytics or governance.
• Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, data analysis and project delivery.
• Experience improving workflows, reporting or documentation with automation/AI or dashboards.
• Experience with charities/not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not required.
• Additional language skills (French/Spanish/Portuguese) are useful given international work.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and supporting client-facing projects is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client projects with financial projections, governance reviews and sustainability assessments.
• Analyse financial, operational and demographic data to support recommendations.
• Produce client-ready outputs: reports, presentations, plans, risk registers and briefing notes.
• Prepare materials for meetings and leadership discussions, translating complex data into actionable guidance.
• Lead or contribute to financial models, dashboards and data tools in Excel/Power BI/Python/R.
