Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly valuations, applications for payment, and reconciliations.
• Provide necessary information for cash flow and contract positions.
• Place sub-contracts where required with Procurement Manager.
• Examine contract documents and highlight anomalies.
• Prepare and agree valuation dates with client representatives.
• Prepare necessary take-offs for Estimating and Procurement.
• Prepare final accounts and adjustments with client representatives.
• Record details involving contractual delays.
• Manage and coach contract surveyors and junior staff.
