Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer for the Privileged Access Management team to deliver a unified PAM solution across private data centres and public clouds (AWS, GCP). You will shape security and access controls while collaborating across teams to improve operations.

You’ll work in a flexible hybrid setup with in-office and remote elements in Ireland, contributing to high-visibility projects and impactful infrastructure improvements. Experience in Kubernetes, Linux, and PAM is required.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes expertise including deployment, scaling and HA
• Linux system administration, scripting, and server management
• Software development practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud identity services (AWS IAM, GCP IAM)
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) across cloud and on‑prem
• Familiarity with AI concepts applied to operations and automation
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support PAM infrastructure across private data centres and public clouds
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for PAM solutions
• Improve observability with monitoring and alerting across PAM systems
• Identify automation opportunities to scale operations
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for PAM services
