The position reports to the Senior Vice President responsible for CLM’s Technology and focuses on delivering high‑quality artefacts that align with Citco’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, analysing and documenting business, functional and system requirements.
• Ability to drive clarity across stakeholders and translate needs into actionable deliverables.
• Proven track record leading teams of business and system analysts to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight to a team of business and system analysts.
• Ensure requirements and related deliverables are produced on time, to a high standard and aligned with business priorities.
• Support adoption and embedding of CLM Ways of Working across the function.
• Collaborate with senior management, business operations, compliance and technology groups.
