Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience, with 5 years on-site as Clerk of Works.
• Significant experience in large building projects.
• Understanding of mechanical & electrical services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with various stakeholders including Project Manager and contractors.
• Monitor Building/Civil works on site and ensure compliance.
• Record anomalies in site activities and track progress.
• Maintain a daily diary of activities and produce weekly reports.
• Oversee installation of M&E systems and ensure quality control.
